At the moment, Sparkles accepts cryptocurrency payments only (BTC, ETH, USDT and others). Credit and debit card payments will be introduced soon to make it easier for everyone. If you have any billing questions or issues, please contact us at support@sparkles-app.com and our team will assist you quickly.

Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription directly from your Sparkles account settings: • Upgrade or downgrade your plan • Cancel your subscription at any time Once cancelled, you will keep your benefits until the end of your billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Purchases on Sparkles are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis, for example if: • A technical issue prevented you from accessing the service • You were charged by mistake or experienced duplicate billing • You faced an exceptional situation and contacted us promptly To request a refund, please write to support@sparkles-app.com with all details of your case.
