Exemption

Because no actual human beings are depicted in any visual content offered on the service, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A, and the regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75, do not apply to this content.

Real persons

Content depicting real, identifiable persons is strictly prohibited (see our Terms of Service). Should any content involving real performers ever be permitted in the future, the corresponding § 2257 records would be maintained by the designated Custodian of Records.
